The Box Office opens at 4 hours prior to scheduled showtime on show days and remains open through mid-show. Need help sooner? Email ticketing@doralamp.com and our team will get back to you.

Will-call tickets can be picked up at our Box Office on the west side of the Amphitheater beginning the moment gates open on show day. To claim them, you must present a government-issued photo ID that matches the purchaser’s name on the order; we cannot release tickets to anyone else. Because we do not offer a “guest drop-off” service, ticket holders may not leave envelopes for friends or family to collect later—you’ll need to meet your party at the venue and hand their tickets over in person.

If the tour, promoter, or another organization is providing passes—such as meet-and-greet credentials, backstage or press badges, or complimentary tickets—they will also be left at the Box Office, but only after the tour management delivers them to us, typically shortly before doors open. They will not be available earlier in the day. Should you arrive and find that your envelope has not yet been delivered, please contact the person or tour representative who arranged the passes; our Box Office is unable to reach out to the artist’s team on a guest’s behalf.

All advance tickets are sold exclusively through Ticketmaster—either at Ticketmaster.com or in the Ticketmaster mobile app, where you can choose your seats, receive mobile tickets, and manage transfers. On show days, any remaining inventory is also available at the Doral Amphitheater Box Office on shows days starting four (4) hours prior to schedule show time; walk-up sales there are card-only (no cash) and require a photo ID that matches the payment card.

Only tickets issued by Ticketmaster—or those bought in person at the Doral Amphitheater Box Office—are verified in our system. Passes obtained through resale sites or private sellers (for example, StubHub, SeatGeek, or social-media marketplaces) carry the risk of being counterfeit, duplicated, or otherwise invalid. If a barcode fails to scan at the gate, the ticket cannot be honored, and no refund can be provided by the venue. For guaranteed entry, always purchase through Ticketmaster or the official Box Office.

We want every guest to enjoy a safe, comfortable experience. By entering the Doral Amphitheater, you agree to conduct yourself—and to ensure anyone using your tickets conducts themselves—in a respectful manner. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in ejection without refund, revocation of ticket privileges, or referral to law-enforcement:

  • unruly, disruptive, or illegal behavior;
  • visible intoxication or substance impairment that leads to irresponsible conduct;
  • foul, abusive, or discriminatory language and obscene gestures;
  • actions that block the view or interfere with the enjoyment of other guests (including throwing objects);
  • failure to follow directions from security, guest-services, or law-enforcement personnel;
  • harassment of performers, staff, or other patrons;
  • use of tobacco, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on park grounds (Doral Central Park is smoke-free);
  • violation of any posted venue policy, including bag size, prohibited items, or re-entry rules.

If you witness conduct that compromises safety or comfort, please notify the nearest usher, security or police officer. Thank you for helping us create a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees.

Doral Amphitheater operates under a clear-bag, fast-track security model. We strongly encourage guests to arrive bag-free for the quickest entry, but if you need to bring personal items the bag must fit one of three categories:

  • First, you may use a clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote that does not exceed 12″ × 6″ × 12″. The tote must be completely transparent.
  • Second, a one-gallon, clear, re-sealable storage bag (the kind you would buy in a grocery store) is acceptable. Place all of your items inside the single bag before you enter the queue.
  • Third, each guest may carry one small clutch or belt-bag—with or without a strap—measuring no larger than 4.5″ × 6.5″. This item may be solid-colored; it does not have to be clear, but it must be small enough to fit in the sizing template at the gate.

Diaper bags accompanying an infant are welcome as long as they fit the clear-tote dimensions and are subject to the same search procedures. All other purses, backpacks, camera bags, laptop sleeves, or duffels are not permitted, even if they are clear.

At security every compartment of every bag is opened and inspected, either with hand search or X-ray. Plan ahead: consolidate essentials, keep medication in its original container, and leave prohibited items at home or in your vehicle. Bag Check closes sixty (60) minutes after gates close.

Because the layout can change from one concert to the next—festivalstyle lawn, seated orchestra rows, VIP boxes, or a mix—the best way to view the exact configuration is on your event’s Ticketmaster page. Select the show, click “Find Tickets,” and the interactive map will display the seating plan even if the event is sold out or you have already purchased seats. If you need further clarification about your specific location, reach out to Ticketmaster Customer Support with your order number or email ticketing@doralamp.com and our team will get back to you.

Absolutely—our outdoor venue is ideal for corporate gatherings, private concerts, conferences, fundraisers, graduations, and more. To discuss availability, pricing, and floor plans, please email booking@doralamp.com or visit our Venue Rental page to submit an inquiry.

Only service animals that meet The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) definition of a service animal may enter the Amphitheater. A service animal is a dog individually trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability (this includes guide dogs, signal dogs, and psychiatric service dogs). Your service animal must remain harnessed, leashed, or tethered at all times and stay with you in your seating area (not in the aisles). If a service animal appears aggressive or is not housebroken, we may ask you to safely remove it from the premises.

Yes, strollers are welcome for young children who meet the event’s age policy but it must be checked with an usher and parked in the designated stroller area. You can reclaim it immediately after the show.

Yes—Doral Central Park offers on-site parking for all Amphitheater events. For high-attendance shows, we often open additional lots; arriving early is recommended. Check our email alerts and social channels before your visit for any overflow-lot details.

Please do not park in nearby business or residential lots, as those are private property and unauthorized vehicles will be towed. We also strongly encourage rideshare, carpooling, and use of local transit to ease traffic and reduce environmental impact.

  • One clear tote (plastic, vinyl, or PVC) no larger than 12″ × 6″ × 12″

  • Small personal umbrellas, no longer than 24" in length and without pointed metal tips
