Loud And Live Doral Amp, LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and other parent companies (“Company,” “we,” or “us“) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website or use our services (collectively, the “Services”). It also describes your rights and choices regarding your information. By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Scope: This Policy applies to all personal information collected through the Doral Amp website and related online services, as well as any offline interactions in connection with Doral Amp events in Doral, Florida. Please note that our website may contain links to third-party sites (such as ticketing or social media platforms) that are not owned or controlled by us; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Information We Collect
We collect various types of information about you in order to provide our venue services and improve your experience. This includes information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.
- Personal Identifiers and Contact Information: When you engage with us, you may provide personal details such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, or other contact data. For example, you might give us these details when signing up for our newsletter, purchasing a ticket, RSVPing to an event, entering a promotion/contest, or contacting us with an inquiry. We will also collect any preferences or information you choose to share with us (for instance, your interests or any special accommodations you request for an event). If you create an account or profile on our site in the future, we would collect login credentials and profile details as well.
- Transaction and Ticketing Information: If you purchase tickets or merchandise, or sign up for events through our Services, we (or our ticketing partners) collect information related to the purchase or registration. This can include details like the event or show you’re attending, ticket quantities, pricing, dates of purchase, and any preferences (such as seating selections). Note that ticket purchases for our venue are handled by third-party ticketing providers (like Ticketmaster), so when you buy a ticket your information is collected by that third party under their privacy policy. However, those ticketing partners may share certain personal data with us – such as your name, contact information, and details of the event/ticket purchased – so that we know you are attending and can deliver the services (e.g. event entry, customer support, marketing communications). We maintain records of your purchases and event attendance in order to administer tickets, provide customer service, and understand your interests.
- Location Data: We may collect information about your location in a couple of ways. First, we automatically receive general location data based on your device’s IP address or Wi-Fi/cellular network (which can indicate your city, state, or country). This helps us understand where our visitors are coming from and customize content accordingly. We do not collect precise GPS location through the website unless you explicitly allow it (for example, if a mobile feature asks for your location to find events near you, we will ask your permission). If you do grant location permissions, we will collect and use your precise geolocation for that specific purpose and possibly to offer relevant, location-based services in the venue (e.g. directions or venue maps). You can always control or disable location services via your device or browser settings, and if you do so we will only collect general location information (e.g. approximate location from your IP).
- Device and Usage Information: Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our site. This includes data such as your IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, ISP, and browsing actions on our site (e.g. pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, and referring URL). We also capture device/network data and online identifiers through the use of cookies and similar technologies (explained more below). This information helps us ensure the site functions properly, analyze traffic, and personalize your experience. For example, we might log that a user from a particular location visited the event schedule page and clicked on a specific concert listing. This kind of usage data does not directly identify you by name, but it may be linked to your profile or account if you have one, and some of it (like IP addresses or device IDs) may be considered personal data under certain laws.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We and our authorized partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies (“Cookies”) to collect information automatically. These technologies allow us and third parties to recognize your browser or device and track your activity over time. Cookies can collect or generate identifiers and information about your usage, such as device and network data, browsing preferences, and other analytics data. For instance, cookies help us remember your preferences and count how many people visit certain pages or how users navigate our site. Some cookies are essential for site functionality (for example, to keep you logged in or remember items in your cart), while others are used for analytics and advertising. We (and third parties) may use cookies for:
- Essential purposes: to enable core site features (e.g. maintaining an event ticket selection in your cart).
- Analytics purposes: to analyze site traffic and usage patterns – for example, understanding which pages are most popular, how users move through the site, or what website referred them – so we can improve website design and content. We use tools like Google Analytics for this purpose. Google Analytics uses its own cookies to track visitors and provide insights; we use this information in aggregate form to understand user behavior on our site. (You can learn more about how Google Analytics works and how to opt out in the Your Choices section below.)
- Advertising and retargeting purposes: to facilitate interest-based advertising. We may allow advertising networks and social media platforms to set cookies or pixels that collect information about your browsing activities and preferences. This data is used to show you tailored advertisements for our events or services on other websites or social media. For example, if you visit our site and view a specific concert event, we or our partners might later show you an ad on Facebook or Google for that event or similar upcoming shows. These cookies also help us carry out “retargeting,” meaning showing ads to you for things you viewed but didn’t purchase, and to integrate with social media features (such as a Facebook “Like” button or share feature).
Please note: Third-party cookies (for analytics, ads, etc.) are controlled by those third parties and subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. We do not have access to or control over information that third-party cookies may collect and use. However, we do contractually or by practice require our partners to handle data responsibly. You can find more details on how to manage or opt out of cookies and tracking in the Your Rights & Choices section of this Policy.
- Information from Third-Party Sources: In some cases, we receive personal information about you from other companies or entities. For example, if you purchase a ticket through Ticketmaster or another authorized ticket agent for an event at our venue, that ticketing service will forward us relevant details (such as your name, contact info, and the event/ticket you purchased) so that we can honor your ticket and manage the event. We may also receive information from marketing partners, sponsors, or promoters – for instance, if you responded to a promotion or bought a ticket through a promotional link, the partner may share data with us. Additionally, if you engage with us on social media (such as by tagging us or messaging us on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter), or if you log into our Services through a social media account, we might receive basic profile or interaction information from those platforms according to their privacy settings. We treat any information obtained from third parties according to this Privacy Policy, plus any additional restrictions imposed by the source. We may combine such third-party data with information we collect directly from you to update our records, understand our audience, or tailor our communications.
Sensitive Information: We generally do not seek or intend to collect any sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account info, or precise health details) through our website. Please refrain from submitting such data unless it is required (for example, limited health or accessibility information might be requested if you have a disability accommodation need at an event). In the event we do need to handle sensitive information (e.g. you volunteer health information for an accessibility request or we process biometric identification for a special entry system in the future), we will do so with appropriate consent and security safeguards as required by law.
Children’s Information: Our Services are not directed at children under 16 years of age, nor to anyone below the age of majority in their jurisdiction (if that age is higher than 16). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you are under 16 (or not old enough to consent to data processing in your region), please do not use this website or submit any information to us. We will delete any personal data we discover was provided by a child under these age thresholds without verified parental consent. Parents or guardians who believe we might have collected information from their child can contact us to request deletion. (Note: Minors under 13 are additionally protected by U.S. COPPA law, and we comply with that law’s requirements.) We generally only collect information about minors in the context of venue events from a parent or guardian (for example, if a parent purchases a ticket for their child or signs a waiver, or via CCTV at events as described below, which is for security and not aimed at children).
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for various business purposes consistent with operating an event venue and providing services to you. The primary purposes for which Loud And Live Doral Amp, LLC processes personal information include:
- Providing and Managing Our Services: We process your personal data as necessary to fulfill our contract with you or respond to your requests. This includes using your information to facilitate ticket purchases and event admissions, confirm your orders or RSVPs, provide the products or services you’ve requested, and carry out transactions. For example, we use your details to issue your tickets, verify your identity at will-call or entry, reserve your spot when you RSVP, deliver any products you’ve bought, and process payments (note: payment card information is typically handled by third-party processors like Ticketmaster). We also use your info to provide customer support – such as responding to your inquiries, resolving issues, or sending you important communications about your event (e.g. time changes or cancellations). These uses are necessary for us to perform our obligations and provide you with the services and information you expect. We may also use your data to enforce any terms of service or ticketing policies, and to administer any accounts you create on our platforms.
- Communication and Notifications: We may use your contact information (email, phone, mailing address) to communicate with you for both transactional and promotional purposes. Transactional communications include confirmations, invoices/receipts, updates about events you’ve signed up for, and responses to inquiries you send us. If you sign up for our email newsletter or provide your contact info at an event, we will send you the communications you requested. With your consent (or as otherwise permitted by law), we may also send promotional messages such as venue news, upcoming show announcements, special offers, or surveys. You can opt out of marketing emails as described in Your Rights & Choices below. We do not send unsolicited text messages or calls without consent; if you opt in to SMS alerts, you will receive only the types of texts you agreed to (e.g. emergency venue alerts or promotional texts, per the program terms).
- Marketing and Personalization: We use personal data to promote our events and services, and to provide content that may interest you. This includes sending you marketing communications about upcoming concerts, shows or promotions we think you’ll be interested in, serving you targeted advertisements, and tailoring the content on our site or emails to your interests. For instance, we might suggest events similar to ones you’ve attended in the past, or offer pre-sale codes to subscribers in our mailing list. We may analyze your past interactions (such as events attended or pages viewed) to segment our audience and make our marketing more relevant. Subject to your consent or applicable law, we may also share certain limited data (like email hashes or cookies) with advertising platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google) in order to reach you and people with similar interests with our ads. You have choices in how your data is used for marketing, which we detail in Your Rights & Choices. We will not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent.
- Analytics and Service Improvement: We continually strive to understand our customers and improve our offerings. To that end, we use data (mostly in aggregated or de-identified form) to conduct analytics, research, and audits. For example, we analyze website traffic and navigation behavior to see which pages or events are most popular, how users move through the site, and where they encounter issues. This helps us identify trends and make improvements to our website design, content, and functionality. We may also use feedback you provide, such as survey responses or reviews, to improve our services and customer experience. Additionally, we might generate aggregate statistics about event attendance or ticket sales to guide our business decisions (for instance, determining what types of events have the highest demand). These processing activities are driven by our legitimate interest in running an effective, appealing service for our visitors. In many cases, analytics data is collected in a manner that does not directly identify individuals. When it does (such as IP addresses or user IDs), we treat it as personal data and protect it accordingly.
- Security and Fraud Prevention: We are dedicated to keeping our venue, website, and patrons safe. We may process personal information as necessary to ensure security, prevent fraud or illegal activity, and protect our rights and the rights of others. For example, we monitor our website for suspicious activity or violations of our terms (and may use IP addresses or other identifiers to block malicious actors). If you are purchasing tickets, we might use tools to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions or scalping. We also may employ measures to verify customer identity (for example, checking ID at will-call or using authentication steps for online access) to protect against fraud. These activities are in our legitimate interests to maintain a secure environment and may also be necessary to comply with legal obligations.
- Event Operations and Personalization: In addition to security, we might use data to enhance your on-site experience at our venue. For instance, if you use a mobile app or digital ticket, we might use device data or location cues (like scanning an RFID wristband or Bluetooth beacon) to manage entry and give you relevant, real-time information during the event (e.g. directing you to the correct gate or informing you of venue amenities nearby). We may also keep track of attendance records (e.g. how many events you’ve attended) to offer loyalty rewards or personalized perks, where applicable. If you have requested special accommodations (such as wheelchair access or sign language interpretation), we will use the information you provided about your needs to fulfill that request and to make sure your visit is comfortable. We also use personal data to handle any on-site incidents, such as medical emergencies or lost & found inquiries (for example, using your contact info to return a lost item or follow up on an incident report).
- Contests, Promotions, and Surveys: If you enter a contest, sweepstakes, or promotional giveaway (whether online or at the venue), we will use the information you provide to administer the promotion. This includes verifying your eligibility, processing your entry, contacting you if you win, and delivering your prize. We may also require proof of age or identity (such as a government ID) for prize winners, especially if mandated by law or contest rules. In some cases, accepting a prize may include consent for us to publicly announce the winner’s name or likeness – for example, we might post the winner’s first name, last initial, and city on our website or social media pages, as allowed by the promotion’s official rules. We will not share or publish your information in this way without your consent where it’s legally required. Additionally, data collected through promotions or surveys may be used to improve our marketing and services (e.g. understanding participant demographics or preferences), in line with this Policy and any supplemental notices provided. If a contest or survey is run by a third-party partner, we will let you know that your information is being collected by that third party and not by us (see the section on Third-Party Services below for more).
- Legal Compliance and Protection: We may need to use or disclose your information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, lawful requests and legal processes. For example, we could be required to retain and disclose ticket purchase records for tax or accounting regulations, or respond to a court order or law enforcement subpoena. We also use and share data as necessary to assert or defend our legal rights, protect our property, enforce our terms and agreements, or prevent harm. This could include investigating potential violations of venue rules or ticketing terms, or sharing data with authorities when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is required to protect the safety, rights, or property of our customers, employees, or the public (for instance, providing CCTV footage to police if a crime occurs at the venue).
- Other Purposes with Consent: If we ever need to use your personal information for a purpose materially different from the ones listed above, we will explain it to you at the time of collection or before the new use, and obtain your consent where required. We will only do this in compliance with applicable privacy laws. For instance, if we wanted to collect your biometric information for a new fast-entry program, we would seek your explicit consent and provide details on that separate program.
We base the above processing on various legal grounds: primarily, the necessity to perform our services or contracts with you, our legitimate interests in running a safe and successful venue business, compliance with legal obligations, and, in some cases, your consent (for example, for sending marketing emails or using certain cookies where law requires consent). Where we rely on consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time as described below.
How We Share Your Information
We value your privacy and only share personal information in ways described in this Policy (or as otherwise disclosed to you with your consent). We do not sell your personal data to third parties for money. However, some sharing of data (especially for advertising purposes) may be considered a “sale” or “share” under certain privacy laws – we address those in Your Rights & Choices. The types of entities with whom we may share information include:
- Service Providers: We employ or partner with various third-party companies to help us operate our website, sell tickets, run events, and fulfill our services on our behalf. These service providers perform functions such as website hosting, data analytics, payment processing, ticketing, email newsletter distribution, marketing support, and IT support. We only share the information that is necessary for them to carry out their duties. For example, our email marketing provider gets access to email addresses to send out our newsletters, and Ticketmaster (our ticketing partner) obviously processes personal and payment details to sell tickets. These service providers are contractually obligated to use your data solely to provide services to us and not for their own unrelated purposes. They must also implement appropriate data protection measures. By outsourcing to trusted providers, we can better serve you (for instance, ensuring secure credit card transactions or delivering timely communications).
- Affiliates and Related Entities: Loud And Live Doral Amp, LLC is part of the Loud And Live family of companies. We may share personal information with our parent company, Loud And Live, Inc., and any other affiliated venues or businesses under common ownership or control (“Our Group”). Such sharing is usually for internal administrative purposes, general business management, analytics, or to enhance your experience across our affiliated brands. For example, if Loud And Live operates other events or venues, sharing data can help us coordinate marketing or prevent duplicate records. We only share as needed and in line with the purposes outlined in this Policy. Our Group entities that receive your data will honor the commitments in this Policy. In the event that our venue is promoting a tour or event in partnership with another Loud And Live property, we may share your info with that property to streamline the event or marketing.
- Promoters, Sponsors, and Event Partners: Sometimes we work with third parties in putting on events – such as promoters, co-producers, artist management, tour organizers, or corporate sponsors of a show. Where allowed by law or with your consent, we may share relevant personal information with such partners for event-related purposes or joint marketing. For example, if an artist’s tour is co-promoted by Loud And Live, we might provide the artist’s team with a list of ticket purchasers (name and email) so they know who attended, or a concert sponsor might get access to aggregated demographic info to measure their sponsorship impact. We may also share your info with event co-hosts when you participate in special promotions (for instance, if you enter a contest sponsored by one of our partners, your entry details might be shared with that sponsor as per the contest rules). Any such sharing will either be necessary to provide the services (e.g. your name on a VIP list managed by a promoter), or done with appropriate disclosures and opt-out opportunities. We require our event partners to use your data only for the limited purpose it was given (e.g. not to spam you with unrelated offers unless you separately agreed to that).
- Advertising and Analytics Partners: As noted in the Cookies section, we allow certain third-party analytics and advertising providers (like Google, Facebook, and other ad networks) to collect information via cookies or integrated technology on our site. In some cases, we may also share identifiers or contact information with these partners to facilitate targeting or measurement (for instance, uploading a list of emails to a social media platform to create a custom advertising audience). This allows us to deliver advertisements to you on other platforms and gauge the effectiveness of our ads. These third parties may receive information such as your device identifiers, browsing activity, and/or hashed contact info. We ensure any such sharing complies with applicable law (for example, we will obtain consent for advertising cookies where required). You have the ability to opt out of or limit this kind of data sharing – see Your Rights & Choices. We do not share sensitive personal information (like financial, health, or SSN) for advertising purposes, and we do not knowingly allow third parties to collect personal data from children under 16 for targeted advertising.
- Social Media Platforms: If you interact with us on social media or via features on our site that involve social networks, those platforms might receive or collect your information. For example, if you use a “Share” or “Like” plug-in for Facebook/Twitter on our site, or follow/communicate with us on a social media platform, the social network may record that interaction under your profile. We may share limited data with social networks to enable these interactions (such as tagging you in a photo or matching your email with your social account for ad targeting, as described above). However, your use of social media services is governed by the privacy policy of the respective platform, and we are not responsible for how those companies handle your data. We encourage you to review the privacy settings and policies of any social platforms you use. We do not publish content from users on our website without permission, except as may occur through integrated social media feeds or contests (per their rules).
- Legal and Safety Disclosures: We may disclose personal information when we believe it is legally necessary or appropriate to do so. This includes sharing information to comply with legal obligations (e.g. responding to subpoenas, court orders, or government requests), and disclosing data as needed to exercise, establish, or defend legal claims. We may also share information without your consent to protect vital interests or the safety of any person. For example, we might provide information to law enforcement if we believe someone is at risk of harm or if illegal activity (like credit card fraud or identity theft) is being investigated. Additionally, if you are involved in a security incident or medical emergency at our venue, we might share relevant info with emergency responders or insurers. We will also disclose data to enforce our policies and agreements or to collect amounts owed to us (for instance, providing info to a collections agency for overdue payments, if applicable). Such disclosures will be made in good faith when we deem them necessary to adhere to the law, protect individuals’ safety, or safeguard our rights/property or those of third parties.
- Business Transfers: If our business undergoes a transaction or change of ownership, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, reorganization, or sale of some or all assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that deal. For example, if Loud And Live Doral Amp, LLC is sold to a new venue operator, the customer information (including your data) would likely be one of the transferred assets so that the service can continue under the new owner. In any such transfer, your personal data would remain subject to the promises made in this Privacy Policy (unless you’re notified otherwise and given a chance to opt out). Similarly, if we go through a bankruptcy or restructuring, information may be considered a business asset and could be transferred to creditors or purchasers in compliance with applicable laws. We will inform you (for instance, by posting a notice or contacting you) of any ownership change or data transfer that materially affects your personal information or the purposes for which it is used.
- With Your Consent or At Your Direction: Apart from the situations above, we will share your personal information with third parties only with your consent or at your explicit direction. For instance, if you ask us to connect you with an artist’s fan club or to share your testimonial on our website, we will do so only with your approval. You might also consent to future uses/sharing through your interactions (like choosing to post personal info on a public forum or clicking an option to share your email with an event sponsor – in which case we will honor the choice you made). Where you have intentionally made information public (for example, posting a comment on our social media pages), that information is obviously visible to others and may be shared or rebroadcast by anyone with access. We urge you to exercise discretion when deciding to disclose personal information in these public or community contexts.
Third-Party Services and Sites
Our website and Services may contain links to third-party websites, plug-ins, or services that are not operated by us. For example, our site may redirect you to Ticketmaster for ticket purchasing, or to sponsor/partner sites for special promotions, or display social media plug-ins (like a Twitter feed or Instagram share button). If you engage with these third-party services, any information you provide to them or that they collect is governed by their own privacy policies and terms of use, not ours. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices or content.
- Ticket Purchases via Third Parties: As noted, when you click a “Buy Tickets” link on our site, you may be directed to a third-party ticketing platform such as Ticketmaster. That platform will collect your payment details and personal info to process the order. Your interactions with Ticketmaster (or any external ticket seller/reseller) are governed by their privacy policy and terms, not this Policy. We strongly encourage you to read the privacy policy on the ticketing site. Typically, these ticketing providers will share back with us only the information we need to service your ticket and event (e.g. confirming you as a ticket holder, and certain contact info so we can reach you with event updates). But the initial collection and use of data during checkout on the ticketing site is under that site’s control. We are not responsible for how Ticketmaster or other third parties use your information – for example, if you have a Ticketmaster account, any marketing preferences or data linked to that account are subject to Ticketmaster’s policies. If you have questions or requests regarding data collected during a ticket purchase, please direct them to the ticket provider.
- Embedded Content and Social Media: Our Services might include embedded content (e.g. YouTube/Vimeo video players, Instagram feeds) or widgets that appear to be part of our site but are actually provided by a third party. These third-party features may collect data about your browsing (e.g. via cookies) or require you to log in to your third-party account. For instance, if we embed a YouTube video of a past concert, YouTube might collect viewing data or set cookies, independent of us. Similarly, if you use social logins (like “Sign in with Facebook/Google”) on our site, those platforms may receive certain data (like verification that your login was successful, or info you authorize to share from your profile). Any data collected by third-party integrations is subject to the third party’s privacy policy. We recommend reviewing the privacy settings of services like Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc., if you choose to interact with our site through those platforms.
- Third-Party Contests or Pages: Occasionally, a promotion, contest, or event sign-up might be operated or hosted by a third party on our behalf or in partnership. For example, a sponsor might host a sweepstakes entry form on our site via a third-party widget, or a charity partner might collect donations through a link on our site. In such cases, the third party may be collecting your data directly, even though you accessed the form via our website. We will indicate when a promotion or page is operated by a third party. In those instances, we do not control the data collection and the third party’s privacy policy will apply to the information you provide. We urge you to review the applicable privacy policy before participating. If data collected by a third party is later shared with us (for example, the sponsor gives us the list of entrants for our own use), we will handle that data in accordance with this Policy from that point forward.
In summary, whenever you leave our website or interact with a separate entity’s service, be mindful that you are no longer under our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of any other websites or services. If you have questions about how those third parties handle your data, please read their privacy notices and contact them directly.
Your Rights & Choices
You have a number of rights and choices regarding your personal information. We want you to have control over how your data is used. Below we outline the options available to you, including ways to access or update your information, opt out of certain uses, and exercise rights provided by law.
General Choices for All Users
- Opting Out of Marketing Communications: If you have signed up to receive promotional emails or newsletters from us, you can unsubscribe at any time. Simply click the “unsubscribe” link in the footer of any marketing email we send, or contact us at our email address provided below with your request. Once we process your opt-out, we will stop sending you non-transactional emails. (Please note that even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send you essential service or transaction communications, such as ticket purchase confirmations, event reminders, or customer service responses.) If you have opted into SMS alerts or push notifications, you can similarly follow the instructions provided (text “STOP” to the given number, or turn off push notifications in your device settings) to cancel those.
- Cookies & Online Tracking Choices: As explained in the Cookies section, you can control or limit how cookies and similar trackers operate:
- Browser Settings: You can set your web browser to block or alert you about cookies. Most browsers allow you to refuse new cookies, remove existing cookies, or notify you each time a cookie is being sent. Please refer to your browser’s help documentation for instructions. Be aware that if you disable cookies entirely, some parts of our website may not function properly (for example, you might not be able to complete a ticket purchase or remember your preferences). You can also typically delete cookies that have already been set.
- Cookie Preference Tool: If our site implements a cookie consent banner or preferences manager, you can use that tool to customize your cookie settings. For instance, you might choose to allow essential cookies but disable analytics or advertising cookies. We will honor the choices you make via our cookie management tool on our site (if available). On some of our web pages, you may see an icon or link for “Cookie Preferences” where you can adjust settings at any time.
- Google Analytics Opt-Out: To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, which prevents Google Analytics from using your info in that browser. Google also has its own privacy policy and terms for Analytics and advertising cookies. For more information on how Google collects and processes data, and your choices, you can visit Google’s site (see Google Privacy Policy and Google Analytics Terms). . We have enabled certain Google Analytics Advertising features (such as remarketing and demographics reports), which means Google may collect information via advertising cookies. You can control personalized ads from Google by using Google’s Ad Settings or by opting out at http://optout.aboutads.info.
- Advertising Opt-Outs: If you wish to opt out of interest-based advertising (targeted ads) from many of the third-party partners we work with, you have a few options. You can use industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) Consumer Choices or the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt-out page to globally opt out of behaviorally targeted ads from participating companies. These tools generally place an opt-out cookie on your browser to signal your preference. (Note: If you clear cookies, you may need to opt out again.) For mobile apps, you can use settings like “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android to limit targeted ads. Additionally, specific platforms like Facebook and Twitter offer their own opt-out choices for ads shown on their networks (you can adjust ad preferences in your user account settings on those platforms).
- “Do Not Track” Signals and Global Privacy Control: Some browsers or extensions allow you to send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal to websites, indicating that you do not want to be tracked. Our website currently responds to GPC signals in compliance with certain state laws (such as California’s requirements) – if we detect a GPC signal enabled in your browser, we will treat it as a valid opt-out of the “sale”/“sharing” of your data for targeted advertising purposes, as required by law. (At this time, there is no universal standard for DNT signals, so we respond to GPC specifically.) We continue to monitor developments around browser privacy signals and will honor them to the extent mandated.
Please understand that even if you opt out of personalized advertising, you may still see our advertisements online – they just might be more general and not based on your specific interests or behavior. Also, opting out via industry tools relies on cookies; if you browse the web from multiple devices or browsers, you should opt out on each one.
- Accessing and Updating Your Information: If you have an account or profile on our website (for example, in the future if we enable account registration), you may log in and view or update certain personal information directly. For instance, you could edit your contact details or newsletter preferences. If there is no self-service account feature, you can contact us (see Contact Us section) to request that we update or correct your information. We rely on you to provide accurate personal data, and we encourage you to keep your details up-to-date. We will take reasonable steps to correct or rectify any inaccurate information about you, as needed.
- Removing Contest/Sweepstakes Content: If you are under 18 and a California resident who has posted content (for example, on a contest forum or our site), you have the right to request removal of that content. Although our Services are not intended for minors to post personal content, if it does occur, minors (or their parents) can contact us to request deletion of such posts, and we will do our best to remove or anonymize it. Keep in mind, removal from our site does not guarantee complete erasure from the internet if the content was reposted or archived by others.
Privacy Rights Under Specific Laws
Various laws provide consumers in certain jurisdictions with specific rights regarding their personal information. We respect all applicable rights and extend those privileges to the extent required (and, in some cases, even when not strictly required by law). Below is a summary of rights for residents of certain regions:
California Residents: If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, as well as other California privacy laws. These include:
- Right to Know: You can request that we disclose the specific pieces and/or categories of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months, along with information about our data practices (such as the categories of sources of that information, the business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it). Essentially, you may ask for a copy of the personal data we have about you and additional details about how we handle it.
- Right to Delete: You can request that we delete personal information we have collected from you (and direct our service providers to do the same), subject to certain exceptions (for example, we may retain information as required by law or for legitimate internal purposes like completing a transaction you initiated or detecting security incidents). If you request deletion, we will remove or de-identify the information not subject to an exception and confirm once completed.
- Right to Correct: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you. Upon verifying your identity, we will correct any errors in your data as required.
- Right to Opt-Out of “Sale” or “Sharing”: California law gives you the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information or the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. As noted, we do not sell personal data for monetary compensation. However, we may share certain identifiers (like cookies or advertising IDs) with third parties to serve you targeted ads, which is considered “sharing” under California law. You may direct us at any time not to share your personal information in this way. We provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Info” link on our website (usually in the footer) or an interactive form to facilitate this request. If you opt out, we will stop using or sharing your data for targeted advertising. Additionally, as mentioned above, we recognize Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out request for California residents.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will never discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. That means if you make a privacy rights request, we will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a lesser quality of service because of it. (However, note that if you ask us to delete your data, we may not be able to provide some services that rely on that data – for example, if you withdraw consent for email communications, we obviously cannot send you our newsletter.)
- Right to Access Information About Data Sharing: California’s “Shine the Light” law allows customers to request certain information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, if applicable. We do not typically share personal information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing, except as described (e.g. with event sponsors with consent). If you wish to inquire about any such disclosures, you can contact us as described below.
To exercise California rights, you (or an authorized agent acting on your behalf) can submit a request to us through the contact methods in the How to Contact Us section. We will need to verify your identity (and authority, if through an agent) before processing certain requests, which may involve asking you to provide additional information or confirmation. We aim to respond to verifiable requests within 45 days as the law requires (or notify you if we need more time). California residents may make such requests up to two times in a 12-month period.
Other U.S. State Residents (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, etc.): New state privacy laws in states like Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others (as of 2023/2024) also grant consumers rights such as access, correction, deletion, and the ability to opt out of targeted advertising, sales of personal data, or profiling. If you are a resident of one of these states, you may exercise similar rights to those described above for California. For instance, Virginia residents can access their data, delete personal data provided or obtained about them, correct inaccuracies, opt out of processing for targeted ads, sale of data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Colorado, Connecticut, and others have comparable rights. We honor these rights as applicable. The process to make a request is the same: contact us with your specific request, and we will verify and respond within the timeframe required by law (generally 45 days). If we decline to take action on a request (for example, if an exception applies), we will inform you and you may have the right to appeal our decision (which we will outline in our response).
Additionally, Nevada law allows Nevada residents to opt out of certain kinds of personal data sales. Again, while we do not sell data for money, if you are a Nevada consumer who wants to ensure your data is not sold, you can email us a request and we will record your preference and comply with the law (under Nevada SB-220).
European Economic Area (EEA) / UK / International: If you are accessing our Services from the EEA, United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, you may have additional rights under those laws. These can include:
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you, and to receive a copy in a commonly used format.
- The right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- The right to erasure (or “right to be forgotten”), allowing you to request deletion of your data under certain conditions (e.g. if it’s no longer needed or you withdraw consent).
- The right to restrict processing of your data in certain situations (for instance, while we address a claim that the data is inaccurate or our processing is unlawful).
- The right to object to processing of your data based on our legitimate interests, and to object to direct marketing (you can always opt out of marketing, as noted). If you object, we will re-evaluate your request and only continue processing if we have compelling legitimate grounds or it’s needed for legal reasons.
- The right to data portability, meaning in some cases you can ask to receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format and have it transmitted to another controller.
- If we rely on consent as the legal basis for processing your data, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country if you believe we have violated your data protection rights. For example, EU users can complain to their country’s Data Protection Authority; UK users can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first, so please consider reaching out to us directly.
We will accommodate these rights to the extent required by applicable law. For security and verification, we may ask for additional information before fulfilling an international request. Transfers of data from the EU/UK to the U.S. are covered in the “International Data Transfers” section below.
Authorized Agents: If you are legally authorized to act on behalf of someone else (e.g., you have power of attorney or are a parent/guardian of a minor) and wish to exercise their privacy rights, please contact us with proof of your authority and we will facilitate the request as required by law.
Verification: When you submit a privacy request, we must verify your identity to protect against fraudulent or unauthorized requests. We may ask you to provide confirming details (such as information we already have on file – e.g., your past transaction info, email address, or other data points we can match). If you have an account, we may verify through the account login. Authorized agents will need to provide proof of authorization and we may still verify directly with the consumer for sensitive requests. We will only use the information you provide in a request to verify and fulfill that request. If we cannot verify your identity to a reasonable degree of certainty, we may have to deny the request, but will inform you if so.
Response Timing: We aim to respond to all legitimate privacy requests within the timeframe required by law. For example, under CCPA we will acknowledge receipt within 10 days and respond within 45 days (with an extension of another 45 days if reasonably necessary, with notice to you). For GDPR-related requests, typically within one month. If we need more time or cannot comply with your request for a lawful reason (e.g. an exemption applies), we will let you know in our response.
We will not charge you a fee for exercising your rights unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. If a fee might apply, we will explain and provide a cost estimate, and await confirmation to proceed.
Data Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously. The Company has implemented industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include using secure servers, encryption and firewalls where appropriate, regular security assessments, and restricting access to personal data to authorized personnel with a legitimate need. We also require our service providers to follow strict security standards.
However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information, especially information transmitted via the internet. Any data transmission (for example, sending information via our website forms or email) is done at your own risk. If you have a user account with a password, it is important that you keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone. We also recommend that you log out and close your browser after using any online account.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law. We have a breach response plan in place to quickly address and mitigate any security incidents.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. In practice, this means:
- If you purchase a ticket or engage in a transaction, we’ll keep the details of that transaction for as long as needed to provide the service and for our records (for example, for accounting, auditing, or warranty purposes).
- If you subscribe to our marketing communications, we will keep your contact details on file until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- If you contact us with a question or customer service issue, we may retain the correspondence and your contact info for a period to help us manage our relationship (and to establish a history if you reach out again).
In all cases, we determine retention periods based on the principle of data minimization – we keep data no longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected. We also take into account potential legal requirements: for instance, certain transaction records may need to be kept for a number of years for tax or financial regulations, and we might retain basic customer information to comply with venue safety regulations or blacklist individuals involved in fraudulent or harmful activities.
When personal data is no longer needed, we will either delete it or anonymize it (so it can no longer be associated with you). In some cases, if immediate deletion is not feasible (for example, because the data is stored in backup archives), we will securely store the data and isolate it from further use until deletion is possible.
Please note that due to technical constraints, complete removal of data from all systems (especially from cached or archived data) may not be immediate, but we will ensure that your data is no longer readily accessible or used in our active systems beyond the retention period.
International Data Transfers
Loud And Live Doral Amp, LLC is based in the United States, and the information we collect is primarily processed and stored in the U.S. If you are using our Services from outside the United States, be aware that your personal information will likely be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our servers or our third-party service providers are located. The data protection and privacy laws of these countries (including the U.S.) may not be as comprehensive or protective as those in your home country.
However, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data when it is transferred internationally, in accordance with applicable law. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, for example, we rely on legal transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other approved measures to lawfully transfer personal data to the U.S. and other countries. These clauses contractually require that your data receive a level of protection equivalent to that under EU law. In some cases, we may rely on your explicit consent for cross-border data transfers (e.g., if you sign up for a service knowing your data will be processed in the U.S.), or transfers may be necessary to perform a contract with you (such as fulfilling an international ticket purchase).
Please note: Any personal information transferred to another country may be subject to access by courts, law enforcement, and governmental authorities in that country according to its laws. For instance, data stored in the U.S. might be accessed by U.S. authorities under certain conditions. By using our Services or submitting information to us, you acknowledge this transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the United States and other jurisdictions. We will of course treat your personal data according to this Privacy Policy no matter where it is processed, and we will honor your privacy rights as described.
If you have questions about our international data practices or need more information about the safeguards in place for cross-border transfers, you can contact us (see How to Contact Us below).
Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. If we make material changes to the way we collect or use your personal information, we will provide notice by posting the updated Policy on this page with a new “Last Updated” date, and/or by other means if required (such as email notification if you have provided us with your email). We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information. Any changes will become effective when posted, unless indicated otherwise. If you continue to use the Services after the updated Privacy Policy goes into effect, it implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
In the event that we plan to use personal data in a manner materially different from what was stated at the time of collection, we will endeavor to notify affected individuals (for example, by email or via a prominent notice on our site) and obtain consent where required by law.
